Memset Wins Best Customer Service at the ISPA Awards

Memset, an award-winning cloud provider delivering secure, reliable and cost-effective solutions, last week picked up the award for Best Customer Service at the ISPA awards 2018.

The awards recognise excellence within the ISP industry and celebrate the quality and innovation across the industry, this year was their prestigious 20th anniversary.

The judge’s announced Memset as winners of the Best Customer Service award after acknowledging that their “customer service culture of multi-channel feedback, transparency and processes across all aspects of the business, allied with impressive feedback scores, made them deserved winner.” 

Annalisa O’Rourke, Chief Operating Officer said “We are thrilled to win the award for Best Customer Service. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, from providing clear transparent pricing through to a personal Account Manager at the end of a phone. Our customer service is led by our Account Management and First Line Support Teams, but everyone in the company is involved with ensuring we deliver an excellent customer service and experience. Winning this award is a welcome and independent recognition of our customer service, and I would like to thank everyone at Memset for all of their hard work in continuing to deliver this.
