We ensure that you will get the very best support, all support team members have at least four years industry experience and we endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 2 hours.

For emergencies, such as your server being down and not contactable via ssh or remote desktop, we provide two contact facilities; Firstly, an emergency SMS facility which is available 24/7/365 at no charge for all customers with the Managed Platform Support Level, and chargeable for customers with the Infrastructure Assisted Support Level. The facility is not available to customers with the Infrastructure Only Support Level. During normal UK working hours customers can phone us for emergency issues.

We take customer complaints very seriously, so if you have an issue please let us know so that we can do something about it. Your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant member of our management team to assist you.
