Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Key Performance Indicators offered by a cloud provider take on a new importance in the G-Cloud. As you’ll be signing up to share resources with other organisations over third party infrastructure, SLAs  which need to be end-to-end, should clearly define the levels of availability, performance and operation required.
