Bandwidth type
We offer a choice of either unmetered bandwidth or a burstable, metered connection with some inclusive transfer. For users with spikes in activity we recommend metered, or for constant levels of activity unmetered.

Operating system architecture
With most operating systems we can offer 32 or 64 bit versions since all our servers support the new x86_64 architecture. We recommend 64 bit for servers with 4GBytes or more RAM.

Support Level
We offer two levels of technical support; "self-managed" which means you manage the server's operating system and applications yourself, and "Memset-managed" means we manage it for you. Also, you can only contact us out of hours with the latter. For full details please see our support matrix.
